Broken
Ordered $180 worth, and 10 of them are or never worked. You should throw the rest out. It was my 1st time ordering, but a total waste of money when half or less of them actually work.

- Order left Aug 1 and reached Ft Worth Aug 3, with no updates about the replacement status.
- Refund issued for three items.
Had an order that was expressed shipping it left company on Aug 1st got to Ft Worth on the Aug 3rd and to date of me contacting the company on Aug11th it still showed at Ft Worth when I made contact by email cause theres no phone number to contact the sending company all they asked for was my order number then no one could tell me anything on the package except they would handle it. Well in meantime as of Aug 18th I finally located the package myself still at a FedEx Hub in Ft worth.
Then I finally got a email from ejuicedb saying they were sending me a replacement package and minus 3 of the original order and no one bother to get in touch to see if I would like different ones to replace those but gave a refund.
Then after FedEx sent me an email telling my original package was in being delivered status later in the day ejuicedb finally sent a email saying they located it and it was being delivered but no information as the replacement order status if they were sending or not. So now I would like to know if they are still sending it out because of all the delays of the original package and all the hassle of the express shipping of original package.

I emailed and attached every single screenshot from the bank statement to prove that I was overcharged. The lady tells me there is nothing she can do. I am being charged for three, but I am only getting two.
Yes, there is something you can do: You should refund my $21. This is ridiculous and the customer service was very poor. I want a response ASAP.

My replacement items have not been shipped. Although it shows a picture from FedEx being delivered to my mailbox, it was apparently left open by the looks of the picture and when I got home, it wasn't there.
I don't know why the delivery person would not close the box unless it was too big to close. I'm not sure.

- Emails promised loyalty points I couldn't access.
- Mafe later said I had zero points, despite assurances.
I've made many purchases from this company and all have been satisfactory. Throughout this whole time they kept emailing me that I had a substantial number of loyalty points that that were good towards discounts.
I was never able to access these points. I contacted their customer service at least eight times and was assured that these points were there but received absolutely no help.
Last week a guy named Mafe--the same guy who has repeatedly told me that I had thousands of loyalty points--told me that I have zero. This company promises benefits that do not exist to attract customers.
